No — that's the whole point. We come to you. Whether your equipment is in a barn, a garage, a field, or your backyard, we load up and drive to your location. You don't have to haul anything.

What does a typical service call look like?

We arrive at your location, assess the equipment, diagnose the issue, and perform the repair on-site whenever possible. We carry common parts and tools on the truck. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll let you know the timeline and return to complete the job.

Can you work on equipment that won't start or can't be moved?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That's one of the main advantages of mobile service. If your equipment is dead in the field or stuck in a tight spot, we come to it — no towing required.

How do I schedule a service call?

Does submitting the online form automatically book an appointment?

No — submitting the form sends us your request, but your appointment isn't confirmed until we reach out to you directly. We review every request and contact you by phone or text to confirm a time.

How far in advance do I need to schedule?

It depends on the season. Spring and early summer are our busiest times. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for seasonal tune-ups. For urgent breakdowns, call or text us and we'll do our best to get to you quickly.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Is there a service call fee?

Yes, there is a trip/diagnostic fee for coming to your location. This covers travel and the initial assessment. That fee is detailed in our price guide and will be communicated before we confirm your appointment.

We accept cash, check, and most major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

We work on most major brands including Husqvarna, John Deere, Cub Cadet, Toro, Stihl, Echo, Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Kawasaki, Kohler, Massey Ferguson, Kubota, and many others. If you're not sure about your brand, just ask.

What if a part needs to be ordered?

If we don't have the part on the truck, we'll order it and schedule a return visit to complete the repair. We'll keep you updated on the part's arrival and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer seasonal tune-ups and maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer spring start-up tune-ups, fall winterization, and general maintenance services. These are a great way to keep your equipment running reliably and catch small issues before they become big ones.
